Primary structure:
Mixing room:
The shape of cross section is like a “W”. It has a back-wind pipe connecting to make sure no dust coming out when feeding and discharging material.
Rotor:
It has two rotors. Each one has some leaf-shaped broad. Each broad has angle with rotor. This design makes material inside can move in horizontal direction and radial direction. The rotate direction of two rotors is contrary.
Actuating device:
The two rotors are driven by motor with chain. We have a gear wheel to fix the chain not too tidy or limply.

Principle of operation:
The electric motor dives rotor running. Then feed material in mixing room. The mixing process is like this: the leaf-shaped broad will take material turns alone intine of machine in anticlockwise.
Between the two rotor material will shortly in zero gravity condition which can make material mixing better.
Each time of mixing process need around two minutes.
